Buying
Welcome to Sometimes Sunny Worthing
When there's a queue for the bathroom each morning and the current set up isn't cutting it. When they've flown the nest and you're ready to move to somewhere with no good schools but a sea view. Whatever's prompting your move, I'd like to help.
Tell me what you're looking for and I can show you the properties you won't find on Rightmove. All I need is information about your wish list, and there's no charge or obligation.
Why people choose Worthing
Between the shore and the South Downs
There are roads in Worthing where if you look to your right you've got the sea, then look left and you're staring at the South Downs. They're my favourites.
Connected, in the best way
Worthing is a 75-minute direct train to London Victoria and twelve minutes to Brighton. (Put another way, it's very accessible for your non-Worthing friends to decamp to yours in the middle of a heatwave.)
An independent spirit
We've got cafes to cater to every taste and restaurants for every budget. If you want art, candles or a sweet little dish to store your earrings in, we've got independent shops galore.
All the essentials
Sometimes you need bread, milk and paper towels, so we've also got all the supermarkets. Except Aldi. We don't have an Aldi.
