The process

Four steps. No surprises.

The home visit

Our first meeting is more than just a valuation. I want to understand you and your home, from what made you first fall in love with it to what you wish you'd done to it. I'll give you an honest figure based on what's actually selling in Worthing right now, and you can ask me all the questions about what to expect when you work with me.

The edit

We'll then get your home ready for its close-up, including photography, video content and brochure copy that sounds like a human wrote it. Nothing goes live without your approval, because no one knows your home quite like you.

The launch

We'll get it on Rightmove and Zoopla, yes, but also produce social content to be shared with the Worthing community. Your buyer might just be someone you see on the school run every day. I personally run every viewing so I can give you a proper post-match analysis after each one, not a generic email.

The finish line

Almost there! We'll make everything that comes after accepting an offer as smooth as possible. I chase solicitors, manage the chain and keep you in the loop until the keys change hands.
